The Road to the ASUN Title Runs Through Fort Myers: FGCU Hosts the Postseason at Pickering Field
Fresh off their 13th ASUN regular-season title, the Eagles will watch Jacksonville and West Florida play Thursday in Fort Myers, then meet the winner Sunday — with a possible home championship game on November 13.

The ASUN women's soccer postseason will run through Fort Myers. Florida Gulf Coast, which closed the regular season Saturday with a 2-0 win at Stetson to secure its 13th ASUN regular-season title, has earned hosting rights at Pickering Field for the rounds that decide the championship, FGCU Athletics announced.
FGCU finished 10-2-5 overall and 7-1-2 in conference play with 23 points, four clear of the rest of the league, and reached double-digit wins for the 19th consecutive complete season. The Eagles' title is the program's 15th in 17 seasons counting regular-season and tournament crowns.
The home stand opens Thursday, November 5 at 7 p.m., when fifth-seeded Jacksonville meets fourth-seeded West Florida in a first-round match at Pickering Field. FGCU plays the winner in the semifinals on Sunday, November 8 at 1 p.m., and a semifinal win would bring the ASUN Championship game itself to Fort Myers on Friday, November 13. Tickets for the Fort Myers matches are on sale through FGCU's athletics site.
