Everblades' Long Road Trip Rolls to Jacksonville for Three Games in Three Days, Starting Friday
After Cam Johnson's 22nd career shutout split the Greenville series, Florida's longest road trip of the season ends with a three-in-three at Jacksonville — and Hertz Arena hockey returns November 13.

The Florida Everblades get a few days to breathe, then the road asks for its last installment. The third stop of the longest road trip of the season is a three-game series in Jacksonville against the Icemen, opening Friday, November 6 at 7:00 p.m. and running three games in three days in North Florida.
Florida travels with momentum from Saturday's 2-0 win at Greenville, where Isaac Nurse scored in the first period, Max Graham added an empty-net goal, and Cam Johnson stopped all 21 shots for his 22nd career ECHL shutout — third in league history and three shy of the record. It was the reigning ECHL Goaltender of the Week's second shutout in six games this season, and it earned the Everblades a split of the two-game set after Friday's 5-4 loss; Florida outshot Greenville 39-21 in the finale.
Home ice is close behind the road work. The Everblades return to Hertz Arena on Friday, November 13 at 7:30 p.m. for the first of two matchups with the South Carolina Stingrays — the first home date after a trip that has kept the team away since late October.
