RSW Opens $60 Remote Parking Reservations for Thanksgiving Week
Southwest Florida International Airport will run its reserved RSWRemote lot from November 23 through 29 for the Thanksgiving rush - a flat $60, prepaid, with shuttles to the departures curb.

Thanksgiving travelers flying out of Southwest Florida International Airport can lock in parking now. The Lee County Port Authority is offering RSWRemote, its reserved remote parking lot on the north side of the airport, from Monday, November 23 through Sunday, November 29, at a flat rate of $60. The fee is non-refundable, cannot be used at any other airport parking location, and the space must be reserved and prepaid before arriving, at rswremoteparking.com.
The lot sits at 11861 Regional Lane in the Skyplex area, reached from Daniels Parkway (I-75 Exit 131) via Chamberlin Parkway. Drivers show the QR code from their confirmation email to the attendant, park, and board a complimentary shuttle that drops them at the upper-level departures curb just prior to Door 1. Shuttles run from the lot to the terminal from 3 a.m. until 7 p.m. starting November 23; on the return, they run from the terminal back to the lot from 8 a.m. until the last daily flight arrival on November 29.
The airport recommends adding 30 minutes to the usual travel time to use the remote lot, on top of the TSA guidance of arriving two hours before a domestic flight and three hours before an international one. The Port Authority expects a busy Thanksgiving and still encourages travelers to consider being dropped off or using commercial transportation; RSW served more than 11.1 million passengers in 2025 and ranks among the top 50 U.S. airports for passenger traffic.
